In the analyze phase of the project cycle, the Healthcare Human Factors Group establishes a comprehensive understanding of the needs of end-users. A variety of analysis techniques are used that range from field observations to focus groups. All of these techniques help ensure that the user’s tasks and goals are well-defined and become the driving force of the project cycle.
