The Ontario Hospital Association (OHA) is pleased to present the following full-day workshop: “Smart Medication Delivery Systems: Reducing Medical Error”. This workshop will be delivered by the Healthcare Human Factors Group and the Institute for Safe Medication Practices Canada (ISMP Canada).
Whether your healthcare institution is planning to implement, is in the process of implementing, or has already implemented smart infusion pumps, this workshop is for you!
