Designing a Knowledge-Building Health Care Community Online
Monitoring the success of Quorum
In April 2017, Health Quality Ontario (HQO) launched Quorum, an online community dedicated to improving health care quality. On Quorum, members share their experience, collaborate on targeted initiatives, and support innovation towards meaningful improvement. To monitor the success of the community towards these aims, HQO created a comprehensive performance measurement plan. This talk centres on the design of the performance measurement plan, which features over 70 measures that were selected to provide insight into the health of the community.
