For HF professionals, product managers, students, or just those who want to learn about human factors-informed design!

Join me and Mike Lovas as we deliver a workshop on Wednesday, March 8, 2016, 1:30 to 5:30 p.m.

We will explore the tools and techniques to address health-care design challenges from a human and systemic perspective, how to simplify complexity, and how to make a product, not just safe but a joy to use.

Learn how to apply user-centered design principles to assess and improve the resilience of health-care systems, transform research findings into design insights and direction, and ease the burden of the FDA validation process for medical devices through the use of human-centered design techniques.
