Connected Playbook
A tool for aligning & planning multidisciplinary projects
The team at Connected has developed a tool called the Connected Playbook that allows them to collaboratively scope projects with all stakeholders. The Playbook is a collection of tactics and techniques taken from Design Thinking, Agile Development, Lean Product, and Jobs To Be Done, aimed at helping integrated teams develop and approach to delivering against their project’s goals. In this workshop, Marc and Jackson presented the Playbook, ran through how they use it, and finally took an example project from the audience to plan out together.
