The Future of Food in Healthcare
Nourish is a national systems change project bringing together 25 healthcare innovators from coast to coast to explore how food is fundamental to health and well being.
From supporting truth and reconciliation through hospital traditional food programs, to enabling more sustainable hospital menus, Nourish connects the healthcare and food systems to examine critical points of intervention for healthier patients and a healthier planet.
Cheryl Hsu
Cheryl Hsu is a Communications Strategist/Design Researcher and Hayley Lapalme is a Program Designer at Nourish. Nourish aims to use the power of food to build health for people and the planet. They are a national community of practice empowering healthcare leadership in climate action and health equity. They work across community, institutional, and policy scales to steward innovation to transition to a more preventative, equitable, sustainable health system.
